What a pleasure it is to announce my latest Yoga Retreat! Coming off of the awesome success of the last retreat in Mexico this past December of 2024, I felt called to keep the momentum going. The amazing people who showed up were who made it successful, and I am so grateful to each of them. I feel so honored to have lead the retreat, so glad that everyone enjoyed it so much. Everyone was eager to know when the next retreat would be, so here it is! The Island Dream Yoga Retreat is going to be an amazing journey to Thailand, where we can take a break from the stresses of life, practice yoga and meditation together, and find peace, tranquillity, enjoyment, connection, and adventure on the beautiful and wild island of Koh Phangan. Koh Phangan is nestled in the Gulf of Thailand, a semi-enclosed tropical sea in the South China Sea. This island is known for its white sand beaches, warm turquoise water, coral reefs, whale watching, and all-night full moon parties. The island has a protected natural reserve that includes rainforest and mountainous granite, where we can experience nature while on guided excursions during our stay.

Our getaway will be held at The Sanctuary, a legendary wellness resort in the remote jungle of Haad Tien Bay, where they offer one of a kind accommodations, with original and quirky design, incredible menus, and a full service spa. They have something for everyone!

Package includes: 7 nights stay, Opening dinner, Closing breakfast, and 3 deliciously prepared meals per day in between. We will have 2 hours of Yoga practice per day *split into a 90 minute invigorating, yet paced, morning practice, and a 30 minute calming evening practice with light asana and meditation, all guided by yours truly.
