I am happy to announce that i am planning a Yoga retreat at the beautiful Haramara Resort in Sayulita Mexico. It will be held from December 5th through the 12th 2015. Our destination is lovingly known as one of the most secluded an stunning venues out there that is specifically designed with the intention for YOGA. It is also a fantastic surf spot and there is a very reputable surf school in town! I am calling it UNPLUGGED because there is no wifi, TV, or cell phone service on the premises. Don't freak out yet, because there is a town within walking distance that has everything you might need to be in touch with the outside world, however iIwould really like us to focus on disconnecting from the external and reconnecting with the internal.
